Brief Introduction for China-drug Producing Line
In 1986, complete Chinese traditional medicine extraction producing line was imported from Japan. This line adopted the Japanese advanced dynamic extraction technique. In china, although the liquid traditional medicine play important role in pharmacy industry, out-of-date static extraction technique still be used widely at that time. In recent years, Japan and Taiwan improved this process firstly by dynamic technique. China also put mass-capital to import, absorb and develop this technique. This technique make the material of medicine be larger particle, so the effective ingredients could be extracted more effectively. The continual extraction and full piping transportation make the liquid medicine exposed in the air for short period and automatic in-process cleaning system for concentration equipment make the efficiency improved quickly. All of these are more according to the requirement of GMP.
This line adopts spray-dry and dry-shaping technique, so the adjuvant substance decreases largely. This technique improves the disadvantage of high content adjuvant in traditional method. In the mean time, the drug particles are more average, easier for flow and less error in dosage. The producing processes are piece-material ---dynamic extraction----3 steps for separation of liquid and solid---outer cycle for vacuum concentration---spray-dry---dry-shaping. Dynamic extraction technique is more according to Chinese drug extraction principle, and adopted more advanced equipments for continual production. So it's spread widely abroad. In china, since 1986, this technique was applied more and more. Nowadays, many large and middle pharmacies adopted this technique for Chinese drug production in China.
This producing line is designed according to international and Chinese advanced producing process and equipments. Some shortage has been improved. Comparing with the international market, this line cost only 10 % of the Japan products, but all the performances are same or better. For various scale pharmacy, hospital or lab, this line is absolute best option.
